Panic Away - A Truthful Review

Introduction

I'm a long time sufferer of anxiety and panic attacks. It was extremely difficult for me to have a normal life as I am often humiliated as well as embarrassed by my unexpected attacks. Sometimes the worry of having another panic attack was so bad that it appeared difficult to actually leave my apartment let alone venture out for a movie.

Panic Away is first and foremost a program that uses this particular technique called '21-7 Technique'. It will require me to practice this particular approach which is particularly aimed towards breaking the cycle of panic.

21-7 Technique and Its Objective

Panic Away is most notably a type of relaxation program which stresses on the 21-7 Technique. You will find what the technique does is to try to make it easier to manage the cycle of anxiety that builds up within us every single time we have an anxiety attack. This approach is targeted on breaking the cycle by attacking that build-up through a combination of thorough physical and mental assertions coupled with a straightforward breathing method which you do before you have an attack.

Why prior to an attack rather than after? Because the panic attacks are caused by a build up of anxiety over time. Just about every other relaxation method which I've tried only tackle the after effects of my anxiousness. The most common and logical thing Panic Away has done is come up with the most successful way to train yourself not to be anxious before a panic attack. By simply breaking the cycle, it doesn't get the opportunity to repeat itself.

In conclusion, Panic Away works because it tackles the issue of our anxiety build-up and not our anxiety breakout. After 2 or 3 weeks under the program, I've learned to regain control of my life and now have been freed from panic and anxiety attacks thus far (six months and counting).
Hopefully , you've found this particular post valuable!
